Attorney Michael J. Kielty has been an attorney in San Diego since 1985. During that time, he has had the privilege of representing hundreds individuals and businesses in resolving their civil lawsuits. His experience has ranged from personal injury and property damage claims, to wrongful death and fraud lawsuits. He has strived to get the best results for his clients, and also to keep them informed as to the progress of their cases. Mr. Kielty obtained a multi-million dollar judgment for a business client, and then fought and preserved that judgment when the defendant filed for bankruptcy protection, getting that judgment declared non-dischargeable.

He has handled all types of civil litigation ranging from simple rear end automobile accidents involving uninsured, underinsured, and contested liability claims, to multi-client business dispute matters involving multi-million dollar claims, and complex cases where a Judicial Council Coordinated Proceeding (in California state court), and Multi-District Litigation (in Federal court) protocols have been ordered.
